Claim, correct or remove a listing

By Dr Faiz Azizan Data last checked How we list clinics

Listings are compiled from public Google Business Profile information and each practice's own website. If you run or work at a practice you can ask us to correct a detail, claim the listing to supply accurate information, or remove it. It is free and does not affect where a practice appears.

How it works

  • Use the "Claim this profile", "Report inaccurate info" or "Request removal" links on the practice's page, or email [email protected] with the page address.
  • We verify the request, either from an email address on the practice's own domain or by calling the practice number shown on Google.
  • We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 working days and complete removals within 5 working days.
  • Removed listings are suppressed, so a later refresh of public data does not restore them.

Individual dentists listed under their own name can object to or ask us to erase their listing in the same way; see the privacy notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I correct a detail on my practice's listing?
Email us the page address and the correct detail. We update the listing and its checked date once we have confirmed the change.
How do I have a listing removed?
Email us from an address on the practice's own domain, or ask us to call the practice number shown on Google. We confirm who you are, then remove the listing and keep it suppressed so a later data refresh does not restore it.
Does it cost anything to claim a listing?
No. Practices do not pay for listing or placement, and claiming does not change where a practice appears.
